Extramammary Paget Disease in a Retrorectal Dermoid Cyst

Abstract: Retrorectal (presacral) dermoid cysts are rare entities, also described as mature cystic or monodermal teratomas. We present a unique case arising in a 64-year-old man, in which the lining squamous epithelium showed marked expansion by Paget disease of extramammary type, and discuss the clinical, radiologic, and pathologic findings.
