Extraordinary GU-rich single-strand RNA identified from SARS coronavirus contributes an excessive innate immune response

Abstract: A dangerous cytokine storm occurs in the SARS involving in immune disorder, but many aspects of the pathogenetic mechanism remain obscure since its outbreak.
