Abstract: Antiglutamic acid decarboxylase-65 (anti-GAD65) autoantibodies have been identified in variety of rare neurologic disorders most frequently in stiff-person syndrome (SPS), condition characterized by muscle rigidity and overlying painful spasms, typically affecting axial and limb musculature.
