Abstract:Titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) is one of the metal oxide semiconductor materials. In this study, TiO 2 nanorods and nanoflowers were deposited using a hydrothermal method at constant temperature (150 o C) on top of fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate. The hydrothermal reaction times were varied to 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 hours.
