“…[ 14–16,41,45 ] It has been observed that NAP‐HS can efficiently detect and quantify HSA in pathological samples having relatively higher HSA concentration in mg mL −1 . However, there are other sensitive HSA selective probes known in literature whose LOD values are lower (as low as 1.95–91.9 nM) [ 58–62 ] than NAP‐HS. But, most of these reported probes do not quantify serum albumin concentration directly from the pathological samples.…”

“…In this work, a salicylaldehyde derivative, 4,4 ′ -(hydrazine-1,2diylidene bis(methanylylidene)) bis(3-hydroxybenzoic acid) (HDBB), was synthesized by a one-step method. Various approaches were used to characterize the structure of HDBB, including FTIR, 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR, and HRMS. The obtained HDBB was an AIE molecule with ESIPT characteristics, and it was used as a uorescence probe for the detection of HSA with a good linear relationship between 0.01 and 0.2 mg mL −1 and a detection limit of 1.104 mg mL −1 .…”

“…Fluorescence (FL) spectra were recorded on a Hitachi F-4600 uorescence spectrophotometer (Tokyo, Japan), with an excitation wavelength of 415 nm (slit: EX = 5 nm, EM = 20 nm). 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR spectra were recorded using DMSO-d 6 as the solvent on an AVANCE NEO 400 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer. Highresolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) was performed on a liquid chromatography-ion trap-time of ight mass spectrometer (Shimadzu, Japan).…”
