Fabrication of bio-microelectrodes for deep-brain stimulation using microfabrication and electroplating process

Abstract: This paper presents a novel bio-microelectrode structure for deep-brain stimulation in neural disorder treatment and a method for connecting PtIr 10 microwires onto this microelectrode.
