Abstract

Ce-doped Gd 3 (Al,Ga) 5 O 12 (GAGG) precursors were co-precipitated from a mixed solution of gadolinium, aluminum and gallium nitrates using ammonium hydroxide as precipitant. and then characterized by TG/DTA analysis.
