Fabrication of Flexible Piezoelectric Fiber Composite Actuator by Arrangement-casting Method

Abstract: The structure of piezoceramic fiber composite actuator was designed, consisting of interdigitated electrode plates, binder and piezoceramic fiber composite layer. The flexible, planar piezoceramic fiber composite actuators were prepared by arrangement-casting method. The electrical and mechanical properties of the PZN-PZT ceramics were tested.
