Abstract:Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method has been utilized to fabricate phosphorous-doped hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon carbide (P-doped nc-SiCx:H) thin films on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate.
