To improve the filling percentage, thinning percentage, and dimensional accuracy, semi-stamp rubber forming was carried out instead of convectional rubber forming [15]. However, the main drawback of the rubber pad forming process is that the life of the rubber pad is not so long and should be replaced after the production of only about 100 plates.…”
