Fabrication of Multifocal Microlens Array by One Step Exposure Process

Abstract: Microlenses can be widely used in integrated micro-optical systems. However, in some special applications, such as light field imaging systems, multifocal microlens arrays (MLA) are expected to improve imaging resolution.
