Facial keratoacanthoma in pregnancy: Case report and pathologic review

Abstract: Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery August T999 (30/451). These minor hematomas were all recognized in the later postoperative period and treated with subsequent needle aspirations. Conclusion: The incidence of hematoma formation following the deep plane facelift was 2.22% at this institution. None of these hematomas occurred beneath the SMAS flap, and all developed in the subcutaneous plane of dissection. This is just an additional benefit.
