Abstract:A novel activated nitrogen‐doped hierarchically porous carbon (ANPC) material has been synthesized using polyurethane foam as the supporting template, phenolic resin with a high carbonization ratio, and low‐cost ammonium polyphosphate as the carbon and nitrogen sources, respectively.
