Facile Direct Synthesis of Acetylenedicarboxamides

Abstract: A convenient, rapid and widely applicable one-pot procedure has been developed for the synthesis of acetylenedicarboxamides from various primary and secondary amines, including amino acid derivatives, protected carbohydrates, and fluorescent labels.
