Abstract:In this work, we present the fabrication of interdigitated capacitive and resistive humidity sensors for interior environment monitoring using pencil-on-paper technology. The production of the graphite pencil is done on paper, without the use of solvents or clean rooms, and with inexpensive, biodegradable ingredients. This strategy advances the creation of sensors for environmentally friendly electronics, resulting in zero environmental damage during either their creation or their disposal.
