Facile Synthesis of Porous SnO2 Spherical-Like Aggregates and Their Gas Sensing Property

Abstract: Porous spherical-like aggregates synthesis of SnO 2 crystals was achieved via a hydrothermal process in the mixed solvents of water and ethanol. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman measurements.
