Facilitating childbirth choice for positive postnatal mental health well-being among women: a Namibian case study

Abstract: Childbirth affects women in a myriad of ways including feelings of tiredness, being overwhelmed, stressed, and having baby blues, and if not attended to, this can lead to postpartum depression, which is a mental condition that can have disastrous effects.
