Facilitating Water electrolysers for electricity-grid services in Europe through establishing standardized testing protocols

Abstract: Electrolysers, which convert electricity into hydrogen, have the potential to offer a variety of electrical-grid services, therefore facilitating the integration of intermittent renewables into electrical grids.
