“…La actividad física (AF), entendida como cualquier movimiento corporal producido por los músculos esqueléticos con su consumo de energía, realizado de forma regular a una intensidad moderada o intensa, dependiendo de la persona y sus características, tiene considerables beneficios para la salud (Organización Mundial de la Salud, 2017).
