Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The study used five hypotheses and examined the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, religiosity, and customer loyalty.
