The COVID-19 pandemic helped countries to increase the use of their mobile eID solutions. These are based on traditional identity management systems, which suffer from weaknesses, such as the reliance on a central entity to provide the identity data and the lack of control of the user over her or his data. The introduction of self-sovereign identity (SSI) for e-government systems can strengthen the privacy of the citizens while enabling identification also for the weakest. To successfully initiate SSI, different factors have to be taken into account. In order to have a clear understanding of the challenges, but also lessons learned, we provide an overview of existing solutions and projects and conducted an analysis of their experiences. Based on a taxonomy, we identified strong points, as well as encountered challenges. The contribution of this paper is threefold: First, we enhanced existing taxonomies based on the literature for further evaluations. Second, we analyzed eID solutions for lessons learned. Third, we evaluated more recently started SSI projects in different states of their lifecycle. This led to a comprehensive discussion of the lessons learned and challenges to address, as well as further findings.

Academic Research in Disaster Information Management has been conducted over more than two decades worldwide. The scholarly community, numbering in the hundreds rather than thousands of contributors, has produced a body of knowledge that comprises over four thousand peer-reviewed academic articles. With this volume of research, Disaster Information Management has grown into a sizable domain of study and reached a critical mass of output, which justifies topical and directional analyses that in turn help identify potential gaps in scholarly attention. Furthermore, such analyses of the body of knowledge allow for determining major publication venues as well as identifying contributors including the underlying scholarly networks. With this paper a first comprehensive account of the evolution of topical directions inside the study domain is established. Also, leading contributors and influencers are named, and their networks and publication venues are identified. Over the past two decades the study domain of Disaster Information Management is found to be steadily growing in publication numbers as well as in research avenues.

Aplikasi SISTER Kemendikbud, sebagai wujud dari penerapan e-government, bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan layanan bagi penggunanya. Pendekatan kuantitatif melibatkan 950 pengguna aplikasi dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui survei online, memfokuskan pada variabel seperti Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), dan Self-Efficacy (SE), serta dampaknya terhadap Perilaku Pengguna (PP). Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan PEU, FC, dan SE terhadap PP. Penelitian juga mempertimbangkan faktor kontrol seperti jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, status pekerjaan, dan lokasi tempat kerja. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan aplikasi (Government to Employees) G2E di masa depan dan membantu pemerintah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas serta adopsi aplikasi semacam ini oleh pengguna.Kata Kunci: E-government, UTAUT, Sister-Kemendikbud, G2E.
