Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction of Workers in Indonesian Construction Companies

Abstract: This paper describes the influence of job characteristics, rewards, relations with superiors, relations with coworkers, and fulfillment of higher order needs, as job facets, on the job satisfaction of workers in Indonesian construction companies.
