Abstract:Introduction: Decompressive Hemicraniectomy (DHC) is a standard surgical management of malignant MCA (MMCA) infarction. This study was conducted to review the outcome of surgery and to find out factors associated with favorable outcomes at a tertiary level neurosurgery referral centre.
