Factors influencing surgical treatment of bisphosphonate‐related osteonecrosis of the jaws

Abstract: Surgery is more successful in patients with osteoporosis or multiple myeloma than in those with solid tumors. Discontinuation of bisphosphonate therapy favored the surgical outcome.
