Factors related to consultant credibility.

Abstract: Strong credibility is a marketplace advantage for consultants, but factors that contribute to credibility are not well understood. Literature on reputation, competency, and effectiveness is summarized. Research on interpersonal, personal, and experiential factors is reviewed.
