Previous studies in government LTC centers in Thailand during non-pandemic time found a prevalence of severe/major depression of 6.3-23.5% ( Karuncharernpanit et al, 2016 ; Somporn et al, 2012 ; Tosangwarn et al, 2018 ; Wongpakaran and Wongpakaran, 2012 ).
