Facts and dilemmas in diagnosis of tuberculosis in wildlife

Abstract: Mycobacterium bovis, causing bovine tuberculosis (BTB), has been recognized as a global threat at the wildlife-livestock-human interface, a clear "One Health" issue. Several wildlife species have been identified as maintenance hosts.
