Abstract:Background: Essential hypertension is a disease that permanently increases blood pressure. An increase in blood pressure that occurs more than 140/90 mmHg and is not accompanied by other comorbid diseases. Hypertension factors are divided into two, namely non-modifiable factors such as (age, gender and genetics) and modifiable factor such as unhealthy lifestyle.
