Abstract: Latar Belakang: Difteri adalah salah satu penyakit yang dapat dicegah oleh vaksin. Namun dalam sepuluhtahun terakhir dilaporkan terjadi peningkatan insiden difteri yang memicu terjadinya kejadian luar biasa dinegara berkembang.
