Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is one of the infectious diseases that exist in Indonesia. Not only infects the lungs, but this virus can also infect other organs such as the kidneys. In addition, the process of viral infection causes cell hypermetabolism, which can increase the workload of the kidneys in excreting metabolic waste. In the end, the damage caused by the virus can cause Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). It is necessary to know the prevalence and characteristics of this event. Purposes: This study aims to provide an overview of AKI's prevalence and clinical features in COVID-19 patients. Methods: This was a descriptive study that used patient medical records for the period April-September 2021. The univariate analysis data showed a characteristic frequency distribution of age, gender, comorbidity, hospitalization duration, and urea creatinine rate. Results: The incoming samples based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria were 44 samples. In COVID-19 patients, complications of AKI were found in adults, as much as 68.2% of both men and women had a percentage of 50%, the most common comorbid was hypertension 30.8% with a hospitalization duration of 1-10 days 43.2% and an average increase in urea 79.68 mg/dL and creatinine average 2,859 mg/dL. Conclusion: Based on patient characteristics, the results showed that more COVID-19 patients with acute kidney injury complications occurred in adult patients, with no difference in prevalence between males and females, with comorbid hypertension and length of hospitalization less than ten days.

Bali menjadi salah satu provinsi yang berada pada urutan ke-10 pada penyakit covid-19 dan terkonfirmasi memiliki transmisi lokal yang cukup tinggi, khususnya pada Kabupaten Badung yang merupakan wilayah pariwisata di Bali. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya sistem informasi geografis untuk memonitoring jumlah penyebaran data penyakit yang disebabkan covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan persebaran pasien covid-19 dan tingkat klasifikasi kelas kasus covid-19 yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Badung. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode simple random sampling sebanyak 392 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Klasifikasi Spasial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemetaan kasus covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung tahun 2021 diperoleh dengan mencari koordinat dari masing-masing kasus covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung, sehingga diperoleh gambar pemetaan kasus covid-19 yang terklasifikasi menjadi tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Hasil menunjukkan pada tahun 2022 penderita covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung menurun yaitu 10.372. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa pola sebaran kasus covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung tahun 2021 paling banyak tersebar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara jumlah kasus yang ada di Kecamatan Kuta Utara sebanyak 90 kasus covid-19. Sedangkan untuk pola sebaran terendah adalah Kecamatan Petang jumlah kasus yang ada sebanyak 28 kasus covid-19. Pada tahun 2022 Kecamatan Kuta yang memiliki pola persebaran tertinggi dengan jumlah keseluruhan 3.098 kasus covid-19. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi tingginya kasus covid-19 di Kabupaten Badung yaitu kepadatan penduduk, usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat merokok, obesitas, penyakit penyerta, berinteraksi langsung.

The existence of the Covid-19 virus pandemic in Indonesia has resulted in high levels of loneliness and depression experienced by people, especially people who have lost their parents. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between loneliness and depression mediated by resilience in young adults after the death of their parents due to Covid-19. This research belongs to the type of correlational quantitative research. Participants in this study were 105 people, 75 women and 30 men, who had experienced the death of their parents due to COVID-19. Data collection in the study was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire divided into four parts, the first being a questionnaire used to measure depression, loneliness and a questionnaire measuring resilience. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed using the statistical package for service solution (SPSS) application. The results of data analysis show that the resilience coefficient as a mediator is 0.082 with an LLCI value of 0.002 and a ULCI value of 0.1741. Because the BootLLCI and BootULCI ranges do not include a value of zero (0), it can be concluded that the estimation is significant and a mediating effect occurs. Based on these results, it can be concluded that resilience has the potential to reduce loneliness and subsequently reduce depression in young adults after the death of their parents due to Covid-19.
