Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kepuasan Pasien Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit TNI AD Tk Iv 02.07.04 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2017

Abstract: Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan salah satu unit pelayanan di rumah sakit yang memberikan pertolongan pertama dan sebagai jalan pertama masuknya pasien dengan kondisi gawat darurat.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pasien instansi gawat darurat Rumah Sakit TNI AD Tk IV 02.07.04 Bandar Lampung.
