Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence technostress, and analyze innovation culture, technostress, WFC, burnout on performance with WWB as a mediating variable. The sampling method in this study was used to distribute online questionnaires with 295 IT employees who were doing WFH in the last six months.
