Abstract

Thisresearch aims to analyze unemployment, crime index, on human development index and its impact on economic growth, This research was conducted in six provinces in Java. . The research method uses regression analysis of panel data, data taken by researchers from 2006-2020, and uses eviews 10, The results of the study simultaneously unemployment and crime affect the human development index. Increasing unemployment is not only a factor of lack of employment but also the low development index in the field of education or education inequality in Java Island , and crime occurs due to factors of opposition, competition and differences in political ideology, such as corruption crimes, human development will be hampered, because money that should be able to circulate and can be used by the community, for education and crime but the money is embezzled, the development index decreases economic development decreases, low education results in people unable to compete in the world of work, unemployment increases poverty increases People's purchasing power decreases, domestic products are not sold, money in circulation is not maximized so that the economy declines.
