Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Pasar Kumbasari Badung

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee motivation. The research was conducted at Kumbasari Badung Market Cooperative with a sample study of 122 people. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the factors that are operated through Statistical Program Social Scence (SPSS) for windows 24.0. The results showed that there are two factors that influence employee motivation in the Kumbasari Badung Market Cooperatives, the Internal Motivation Factors and External Motivation Factors Show more
