Abstract: Nurse work motivation is defined as an internal and external encouragement for nurses who makes her willing and able to do their jobs. COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 which attacks the human respiratory tract and can spread rapidly, with a mortality rate of 5.3%. “…Motivasi yang dimiliki perawat dalam kinerja perawat baik (68%) dengan jumlah 9 perawat, sedangkan ada 5 perawat (32%) mempunyai motivasi cukup dalam kinerja.Motivasi seorang perawat dalam hal ini merupakan factor organisasi (ruang rawat inap) yang mencerminkan perasaan dan pikiran perawat yang mendorong untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan, yang ditandai dengan semangat perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan secara professional dengan rasa tanggungjawab.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perawat rawat inap memiliki motivasi yang baik sebesar 64.3%, dan sebagian besar responden (97.4%) memiliki kinerja penerapan MAKP yang baik.
