Abstract:Introduction:
Internal hernias are a possible complication following gastric bypass surgery. Falciform ligament hernias are a rare form of internal hernias which can be life threatening.
Case Presentation:
The case study describes a 59-year-old lady who presented with abdominal pain and bilous vomiting. She was found to have a falciform hernia following Roux-en-Y gastric by pass (RYGB).
