Abstract: ABSTRACT:Colorectal cancer is one of the few malignancies where screening can prevent the disease. Removal of polyps at colonoscopy has been clearly shown to prevent colon cancer. Additionally, several studies have demonstrated the preventive effect of aspirin on colon cancer risk.
