“…Many risk factors of suicide are reported previously , but variables that can differentiate attempt from ideation is less studied. One study in Chinese college students found that high motor impulsivity distinguish attempters from ideators ( P = 0.01) . As the best of our knowledge, so far there are no relevant factors to identify attempters in mood disorder patients, the known high‐risk group for suicide.…”
