Family social climate and its relationship with Attention Deficit Disorder in students

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine if the family social climate is related to the attention deficit of students. The study is an applied research with a non-experimental crosssectional design using quantitative methods, causal scope and crosssectional design. There was a total of 692 students, as a population, and a probabilistic sample of 100 students was considered for convenience. This study obtained information using the technical sheet of the Family Social Climate Instrument (FES) and the technical sheet of the tes CARAS-R instrument and concluded that the social climate does not affect the attention span of students. The result of this study is that 48.5% of the attention deficit can be explained by the social climate of the family, while 17.0%mentioned that the social climate of their family is not good, and 54.0% mentioned the family . The social climate was normal. while 13.0% said that it tends to be good, 12.0% mentioned that their family has a good social climate, and the last 2.0% had a very good family climate, on the other hand, the attention variable paid attention to 40.0% of the students. did not concentrate, while 36.0% of the students had average attention and only 8.0% had good attention.
