Farkli İllerden Toplanan Propoli̇s Örnekleri̇ni̇n Ki̇myasal Karakteri̇zasyonu

Abstract: Propolis; bal arılarının bitkilerin farklı kısımlarından topladıkları reçineleri işleyerek kovanlarında depoladıkları viskoz yapışkan reçinemsi bir maddedir. Bu reçinemsi madde arıcılar tarafından farklı tekniklerle hasat edilerek ham propolis olarak endüstriye arz edilmektedir. Endüstrinin içeriği bilinen, belirli standartlarda propolis ürünleri üretebilmeleri adına bölgelerin propolislerinin balsam, toplam fenolik madde, kimyasal kompozisyon gibi kalite parametreleri açısından ortaya koyulması gerekmektedir.… Show more

“…Consistent with our data, it was confirmed that propolis supplementation would protect against neurodegenerative damage in undifferentiated SH‐SY5Y neurons through the properties of assorted antioxidant‐nature compounds (Ni et al., 2017). The content of tested propolis samples from the same location (Bursa) in Turkey was recently reported (Keski̇n et al., 2020). Propolis was found to comprise significant amounts (>1%) of ferulic acid (Ren et al., 2017), caffeic acid (Colonnello et al., 2020), chrysin (Darendelioglu, 2020), galangin (Li et al., 2012), pinostrobin (Li et al., 2018) as well as certain anthraquinones (Kalogeropoulos et al., 2009) that exhibited a variable degree of antioxidant properties on multiple forms of neuronal cells.…”
