Fast isolation of mouse XCR-1+ dendritic cells

Abstract: Cross-presenting CD8-+ conventional dendritic cells (cDCs) are important for the eradication of cancers and viral infections due to their ability to induce cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses.
