Fasudil Attenuates LPS-Induced Acute Lung Injury by Preventing Endothelial Dysfunction

Abstract: Fasudil, a potent Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor, can ameliorate LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI) in mice, but the mechanism remains obscure.
