Abstract:Sézary syndrome (SS) is a form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), demonstrating leukemic involvement of malignant T-cells. Known systemic sequelae of SS include hemophagocytic syndrome-induced anemia, normocytic anemia secondary to bone marrow infiltration, and pancytopenia.
