Abstract:Isolated Pauci‐immune pulmonary capillaritis (IPIPC) is a rare form of small vessel vasculitis that affects only the lungs, causing inflammation of pulmonary capillaries and potentially leading to severe outcomes like alveolar haemorrhage.
