“…It is observed that fatigue life is very much responsive to adhesive thickness and fatigue life increases with increase in adhesive thickness. El-Emam et al used ultra-high modulus (UHM) CFRP laminates to enhance the fatigue life of pre-cracked steel beams [9]. They found positive results in UHM carbon fiber reinforced polymer and the life is much increased with UHM CFRP.…”
