Fatores de risco para a Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais da saúde durante a pandemia de COVID-19

Abstract: OBJETIVO: analisar os fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento da Síndrome de Burnout em profissionais da saúde durante a pandemia da Covid-19. MÉTODO: revisão integrativa realizada no período de abril a agosto de 2020, na qual foram consultadas as bases de dados LILACS, SciELO e PubMed, resultando em dez artigos analisados.
