Abstract: This is a literature review about the main etiological factors of non-carious cervical lesions (LCNCs), considering their multifactorial aspects and their increasing prevalence in the population. National and international journals were consulted in the databases (Virtual Health Library, Pubmed and Google Academic), as well as theses and books related to the theme.
