Abstract:This work covers the problem of fatty acids, contained in Rkatsiteli grape seed oil, raised in 2010-2015 years in Signagi, Kvemo Machkhaani and Telavi regions of Kakheti (East Georgia). The grape seed oil is received by cold press method, quantitative and qualitative analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography.
