Abstract:A method for As determination in sulfur-containing active pharmaceutical ingredients (SC-APIs) by direct solid sampling graphite furnace atomic absorption (DSS-GF AAS) was developed. The proposed method was successfully applied to three SC-APIs (hydrochlorothiazide, furosemide and sulfadiazine).
