Abstract: Background. Congenital ichthyoses (CIs) are a heterogeneous clinical-etiological group of genodermatoses. Typical clinical symptoms of this disease, regardless of the form, are generalized erythroderma, peeling, itching, hyperkeratosis, severe structural and functional disorders of the epidermal barrier, other organs and systems.
